Processing Time

We aim to fulfil and dispatch all orders within 48 hours of purchase (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Delivery Timeframes

Most orders arrive within 5–10 business days from the date of dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and any delays with the carrier.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping details before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us at hello@huggsocks.com as soon as possible — if the order hasn't been dispatched yet, we can update it.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please get in touch and we'll work with the carrier to locate your package.
