Processing Time

Orders go out within 48 hours of purchase. Weekends and public holidays don't count toward that, so if you order on a Friday afternoon, it'll leave us Monday or Tuesday.

Shipping Rates

Enjoy free shipping across Australia on all orders over $50. For orders under $50, a flat shipping fee of just $5.90 applies Australia-wide. Orders are delivered within 5-10 business days across Australia.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you'll get an email with tracking details. Use it to follow the parcel along it'll show you exactly where things are and when to expect delivery.

Incorrect Address

Before you hit confirm, check your shipping address. If an order goes to a wrong address because of something entered at checkout, that's outside what we can fix once it's gone. Spotted a mistake? Email us at hello@huggsocks.com straight away. If it hasn't left us yet, we can usually update it in time.

Lost or Missing Packages

The order hasn't shown up, and it's past the expected window? Get in touch. We'll chase it up with the carrier and work out what's happened.
