HUGGSOCKS is based in  16 Landy Street, Northgate QLD 4013 Australia. When you visit huggsocks.com or buy something from us, we end up with some of your information. This page explains what that is, what we do with it, and who else sees it. 

Information We Collect 

When you place an order, we collect the basics your name, email, shipping address, phone number, and payment details. While you're on the site, we also pick up browsing data automatically: IP address, browser type, device info, pages visited, that kind of thing. Cookies handle most of that. And if you ever reach out to us directly, we keep a record of that conversation too. 

How We Use Your Information 

Most of it goes toward getting your order packed and delivered. We also use it to keep you updated on shipping, sort out any issues that come up, and make the site work better over time. If you've opted into marketing emails, we'll send those through occasionally — the unsubscribe link is always at the bottom. And like any business, we sometimes have legal obligations that mean using your data in certain ways. 

Sharing Your Information 

We don't sell your data. Full stop. 

We do share it with the third parties who help run things fulfilment, payment processing, shipping, email tools, and analytics. They only get what they actually need to do their job. Beyond that, we'd only disclose your information if the law required it or we needed to protect our rights. 

Data Security 

We take reasonable steps to keep your information safe from unauthorised access or misuse. That said, nothing online is completely bulletproof no transmission over the internet is guaranteed to be fully secure.
