Returns & Refunds Policy

We want every pair of Hugg socks to work for you. If something's gone wrong, here's how we handle it. 

Exchanges 

We sort exchanges in three situations: 

- Wrong item sent. We packed the wrong thing that's on us. Get in touch and we'll send out the right order at no cost to you. 

- Defective item. Arrived damaged or with a manufacturing fault? Email us and we'll make it right. 

- Size exchange. Socks didn't fit? We can swap the size, as long as the pair is unused. Trying them on is fine wearing them beyond that isn't. 

To get an exchange started, email hello@huggsocks.com with your order number and a quick description of what happened. If we approve it, we'll send over a return address. 

 
What We Don't Cover 

A few things fall outside what we can help with: 

Change of mind returns. 

Orders sent to a wrong address that was entered by the customer. 

Items that have been worn, washed, or are no longer in original condition trying on for fit is the exception. 

Order Amendments 

Ordered the wrong size or noticed a mistake in your address? Let us know as soon as you can. If the order hasn't shipped yet, we can usually fix it. Once it's left us, we can't make changes. 


Refunds 

Refunds aren't our standard we'd rather get you the right pair. But if a replacement genuinely isn't possible, we'll refund back to your original payment method. Give it 5–10 Australian business days to show up depending on your bank or payment provider.
