Hugg is based in Brisbane, Australia. That's who "we", "us", and "our" refer to throughout this site.

We can update these terms when we need to. If something changes, the updated version goes live here. Checking back occasionally is a good habit continuing to use the site after changes means you're okay with them.

Products & Orders

Stock runs out, and we can't always predict when. We reserve the right to limit quantities or turn down an order if we need to. Prices are shown in the currency at checkout and can shift without notice.

We photograph our products carefully, but colours on a screen don't always match what arrives in person. Monitor calibration, lighting, all of it plays a role. What you see is as close as we can get it.

Accuracy of Information

We keep the site up to date, but things aren't always perfect. Information here is general in nature don't make big decisions based solely on what you read on this page.

Payment

Payment is collected when you place the order. The methods available to you show up at checkout. Everything runs through our payment provider securely.
