At Hugg, we want you to be happy with your compression socks. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges in the following circumstances:
- Wrong item sent: If we've sent you the wrong product, please contact us and we'll arrange a replacement at no cost to you.
- Defective item: If your socks arrive damaged or with a manufacturing defect, get in touch and we'll make it right.
- Size exchange: If your socks don't fit, we can assist with a size exchange provided the item is unused. You're welcome to try them on for fitment purposes, but they must be unworn beyond that.
To initiate an exchange, email us at hello@huggsocks.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. If your exchange is accepted, we will provide a return address.
What We Don't Cover
- Change of mind returns.
- Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
- Items that have been worn, washed, or are no longer in original condition (beyond trying on for fit).
Order Amendments
If you've made an error with your order (wrong size, wrong address, etc.), contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, we can amend it for you — but once it's shipped, we're unable to make changes.
Refunds
If a refund is approved (e.g. we are unable to fulfil a replacement), it will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
